Download pspro (protein 1D and 2D structure predictor).
Download betacon (protein betasheet predictor).
Download Protein Model Evaluator.
Installation:
Download the above three software packages to a Linux machine.
Use "tar xzf package_name" to unzip each packages
See the install.txt or readme.txt in each package to install.
Usually, install pspro first, betacon second, and model_evaluator last.
To use model_evaluator to evaluate the quality of a protein model,
see readme file for an example.
